Orochimaru is dead, and the only other possible way to have oro fight Pein is to have Kabuto take what part of Orochimaru he has and fight him...before Konoha kills him.
Even if Orochimaru were alive, Pein killed Jiraiya, so I highly doubt orochimaru would have a slight chance even.
Errrr I hate to say this but yes he did die but started taking over Kabuto's body and 3/4 of it is already taken over
