no. a pap smear will test for general cell abnormalities of the cervix. the doctor maybe able to better determine via visual inspection during the pap smear if further testing for anything visually abnormal may be needed (std's, etc). Fertility usually involves a test of a females ovarian reserve (usually measured on days 2-4 of a menstrual cycle, the norm being day 3) which can be done with a urine test (at home) or blood test. this mesure the quantity and quality of the eggs you have left. there are of course other tests to determine the health and vigor of the ovaries, fallopian tubes, etc. But a pap smear cannot be used to determine fertility.
