I heard this rumour. I am into my 41st week and have been in slow labour for a number of days. I have ate 4 whole pineapples and walked 3 miles a day aswell as drinking red raspberry leaf tea. Nothing has made my labour progress you just have to wait for your baby to be ready
Answeryes, in Asia, pineapple had been kind of food that stimulate early labour, induce your menstrual flow, and lead to miscarriage AnswerI think if pineapple induced labor it would be used rather than expensive drugs. Going into labor may follow eating pineapple but that does not mean the pineapple induced labor. AnswerNever heard of pineapple but spicy foods and sex has worked for many.Pineapple, as well as papaya and mango, contains a proteolytic enzyme called bromelain. When taken on an empty stomach, bromelain acts as an anti-inflammatory agent. They think it might be the proteolytic action of bromelain that may help, by softening the connective tissue of the cervix. However, bromelain is destroyed in the canning process, so only fresh pineapple will do... and plenty of it.
The high fiber content of that much pineapple is likely to cause a lot of bowel movements. If you're determined to go with a homeopathic treatment, prostaglandins applied to the cervix might be a better route to follow; a good source of prostaglandins is primrose oil.
Can pineapples put you in labor...no
yes, castor oil on scrambled eggs will help to induce labor. (I know because my Mom was overdue & she tried it and it worked !!! )

Well, it has been known to help induce labor! Doctors often suggest it. But it's not a scientific method or something, and it doesn't always work. But it can't hurt to try right?!
Mint leaves, lemon juice, and papaya can help keep skin clear.
Raspberry Tea will help to 'ripen' your cervix for labour, But not induce it. I was advised to seek reflexology to induce labour? Other old wives tale items that are supposed to induce labour are pineapple, a hot curry and sex
Undobtly the papaya juice is best for acne problem. Papaya is an excellent source of vitamin A, potassium, and calcium and vitamin C. These ingredient of papaya is really helpful in case of acne.
It is believed to help induce women after their due date. I tried it a few times and it did not work. But, that does not mean it wouldn't work for someone else. If your body and baby are not ready for labor, it probably wont do anything.
