The job of the Holy Spirit is to convict people of sin righteousness and the coming judgment - Joh 16:8.
I think no, the Holy Spirit is at work helping people to see their need of Christ.
In Acts 24 Paul talks to Felix about these things and Felix is afraid I think this is the HS working in Felix.
Act 24:24 And after some days, when Felix came with his wife Drusilla, who was Jewish, he sent for Paul and heard him concerning the faith in Christ.
Act 24:25 Now as he reasoned about righteousness, self-control, and the judgment to come, Felix was afraid and answered, "Go away for now; when I have a convenient time I will call for you."

If you do not accept Christ or God does that mean you are committing blasphemy of the Holy Spirit?
Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is not as simple as just unbelief. Many people have come to faith after rejecting Christ - such as St Paul who persecuted Christians, and CS Lewis who was an avowed atheist. If you have committed sin against the Holy Spirit, it permanently estranges you from God.
How is the church a means to faith and salvation?
The church at large is not, in and of itself, a means to faith or salvation. God has chosen individual believers to share the message of the gospel. It is the Holy Spirit who prepares people's hearts and minds to receive and believe the gospel. No one can come to faith in Christ without the Spirit drawing them (John 6). Typically, a person will hear or read about what Christ has done for us and, when drawn by the Spirit, will want to know more. As God's word is shared with them the Spirit leads them to faith and salvation. It is often believers, as members of the "church," who share the "word" with them. In this way the church participates in bringing people to salvation.

A Christian will come or become a Christian by knowing and searching Christ Jesus, simply speaking or crying from their heart, their hurt and their soul asking or praying for the revelation or spirit of Christ to be revealed to themselves after truly repenting of their sinfulness and unholy nature. It does not have to even be an audible cry or voice or verbal dialogue. God is a spirit and hears the spirit of His creation.

The Holy Spirit should not be worshipped. but it is good to want His presence. He will come when you are saved without you specifically asking him to - Jesus is the one you request to come into your life.

Celestial being the highest; where God and Christ live; and Telestial being the lowest) or Hell which is outer darkness specifically reserved for the most evil of people.

Some teachings can be given by the Holy Spirit which is the powerful Person of God. Christians mainly teach on Salvation, Eternal life, and the charceter of the new man. The Holy Spirit has the ability to teach the indivisual who posses it. There are many teachings that come from Christ in the Gospels and parables of Jesus Christ. Google the teachings, Gospel, sermons, or parables of Jesus christ and learn for yourself. After all Jesus himself is the teacher and Lord. the bibke also explains the beginig of creation and the fall of man. Ultimately the bible is the resource to living a life in Christ that can lead you to eternal life.
