No, not unless:

• One drops on your head from a great distance.
• You go into a sugar shock if you're a type one diabetic and eat too much natural sugar from fruits including pineapple without injecting insulin when needed.
• You're allergic.
• You choke on a piece.
• One is used as a blunt object to batter you to death.
• Pineapples mutate due to radiation, grow arms and legs and begin slaughtering humans in their sleep in revenge for eating their cousins.
