The eyes are the lense and light capturing part of the process of seeing. The signal still has to be transmitted b the optic nerve to the brain, and the brain has to interpret the signals. Any of these systems can fail. So you can have "good" eyes and still be blind.

Yes. A lazy eye isn't a blind eye. It's just an eye that dose not move while the other eye does. I don't know what to say if you have two lazy eyes. I never heard anything like that before. In a way, it's more rare than having one lazy eye, and BTW, lazy eyes are a bad thing. Both of your eyes need to move.
