Since the human sense of smell operates the same way in space as it does on Earth, there is no apparent reason why perfume could not be used in space, however, at this stage of human activities in space, perfume would not be a high priority item to take into space at great expense, particularly since it would present some risk, if it turned out that a fellow space traveller had an allergy to that perfume.
