Pet rabbits shouldn't be in direct sunlight. It is not good for their eyes and body temperature. They SHOULD NOT be in hot climates because it will cook them. They have a fur coat all over themselves.

Walk in their paws, imagine hearing a jacket that you can never take off in the desert.

Pretty hot...

Rex rabbits are just like other pet rabbits: they have the same behaviours, and the same needs for care. Can a pet rabbit survive 7 degrees below zero?

No, -30 degrees Celsius (-22F) is far too cold for a pet rabbit. Pet rabbits are of the European Rabbit species: they developed in Mediterranean climates, and they can't handle extreme heat or extreme cold the way wild rabbits in different climates can. Rabbits left outside in freezing temperatures can suffer from hypothermia and frostbite. Rabbits should be brought inside when it gets to 5 degrees Celsius (40F). When it gets to be 10 degrees Celsius or less (50F or less), you have to take certain measures to make sure the rabbit is safe. For details, see the related question below about what temperatures rabbits can live in.
