It has been proven that if you play 1-6 hours on a computer e.g Ps3 or even a Xbox that it could help the fornix in the centre of your brain.
it has been shown that the person could pro-form a little better in mental objectives e.g if there is a child/adult in school who is taking his A levels it is shown if that person Revises and also takes some time to play a Game that is either Roleplaying or Strategy (these keep the fornix in the brain active, this then allows it to absorb the other Information. by adding new information it sometimes stop's your forgetting other information) then it can sometimes improve there results but, not all the time. It has been said that sometimes if you exeed 7 hours that it can damage the abilty to make decisions, this is usually from playing too many action game's E.g Grand Theft Auto. the violence in the game is proven to make people easily agrovated and want them to swear more than normal. But overall it is said that it COULD help you to play Xbox Or Ps3 for 1-6 hours. the recommended time for playing a Computer game is 4/5 hours!
