yes if they can see it they can confiscate it.
if they find illegal drugs or a unregistered gun in your car they can have permission to enter your home for the reason they have met you for
the police have power to enter your house if they have a warrant.warrants are given by special people in high places and if they gain this warrant they have reason to believe you have something illegal in your house,e.g drugs, guns, evidence for a crime, etc.
No
Yes it is illegal to enter a cemetery at night because it is trasspassing and they are afraid that you might steal a grave and that you should only be there in the visiting hours that the cemetery has set. Police officers can arrest you for going to a cemetery after that cerfew and you can be put in prison, with charges it is not a great idea if you are planning on doing this. Most Cemetarys have police come out around Halloween the most
I know of no illegal "rugs" that entered south Vietnam but there were illegal Drugs that did enter Vietnam.
It depends on what jurisdiction you are in. In many jurisdictions, police are legally permitted to enter a premises whenever they have "probable cause" or "reasonable cause" to suspect that there is an illegal activity in progress (for example, if they could hear someone being attacked). Some laws also may allow police to enter a house without a warrant if they are in the course of investigating a specific crime.
not without the renters consent or unless the landdlord has cause to believe there are damages or illegal activities and then they must have police present
To serve an arrest warrant and make an arrest when it is known that the individual named in the warrant is inside - POSSIBLY - depending on the circumstances. To serve a search warrant and search the premises for articles and contraband, yes, they do not need your poermission.
Yes it is illegal.
Writs of Assistance
Yes, it is illegal to enter someone's house without permission. This is considered trespassing and is a violation of the law.
why not!?!?!?!? Police can't enter your home without a search warrant or if you let them in. Usually if you have a security camera for the protection of your home, they won't bother with it. They may ask you to see the tapes if something happens on your property or in the field of view of your camera. It's not illegal to check your home when you're not there, unless you spy on your neighbors without them knowing.
