PP and PE are different. PP is usually used for daily use product, such as chair, table, basin and so on.

PE is usually used for industrial item, such as dustbin,pallet, crate.

Sometimes PP is mixed with PF to make it stronger. And PP sometimes mixed with PE for better combination.
