No you should not do the grapefruit diet while pregnant. The grapefruit diet is formulated for rapid weight loss and would not provide enough nutrients for the growing baby.

fruits and vegetables and walking a little each day just ot too much fat, sodium, and sugar to keep you skinny and the baby not overweight this is also good on regular non-pregnant basis

I personally like grapefruit a little bit. They are a bit sour (and sweet) but taste pretty good.
