If they test for it
HOW MUCH DO PROBATION OFFICERS GET PAID IN A YEAR OR MONTHLY.
How much do Juvenile Probation Officers get paid in Texas?
If it was YOUR probation that was being discussed, you can pretty much bet that youir probation was probably revoked.
No way of telling. The amount of probation, and even the question of IF you get offered probation or not, is entirely at the discretion of the sentencing judge.
A probation officers average income is 45,000$ a year
You could make a fight for your "rights" (which you did lose when you were convicted). You will end up no longer on probation and wishing you were back outside of the prison system. Bottom line is they can do pretty much as they wish. Some are rougher then others.
Define "informal probation," never heard of it. Probation is a sentence handed down by a court after being found guilty of an offense. There is nothing "informal" about it.
Depends on what you mean by your "personal life." They have the right to know who you're hanging with - whether, or how much, you're drinking - whether you're employed - etc - etc. If you consider those "personal" questions - yes, they do.
If you violate probation you could be sentenced to serve the remainder of your original sentence behind bars.
A much better question would be can you get a waiver from the military if you are on probation. In general, you are not eligible for enlistment if you are currently on probation. You need to discuss this with (a) the recruiter, and (b) your PO.
Graduation At least
Depends on what state they work in.
