I believe it is due to the rules stating you cannot use illegal drugs or alcohol nor abuse over the counter and non-presciption meds. So even though it's legal (example robutussin=robo trippin) you would be still be "abusing" a drug which is against the rules. But the trick is, you wont get nailed on a urine test cause of the synthetic cannibinoids being non traceable in a standard urine test from your P.O. Word of advice is use it if you feel but dont smoke it for a few days before your test. And always take it in VERY small moderation. Just today a group of me and my friends had to practically save a friends life cause he went into a very bad trip and had minor seizures, convulsions, and severe dissasociation and was pretty much paralyzed. again BE SAFE

No, It will not show up on a drug test. I smoke spice everyday being on probation and I passed all my drug tests.

Im currently on probation and got a court orders drug test (I passed) but on the paper the court gave me there was a list of tests that they can give you and one of them was K2/spice test. I believe they test for ghb K2 is the first kind of legal pot they came out with which has been banned however the spice they have now does the same effects but has different chemical in it which is legal atm and undetectable.

In my opinion, I think you will only be tested for spice if and only if your parole/probation officer knows you have or do smoke spice. It is Not on a 5-panel or whatever-panel that I know of.
