I would say NO.
Rabbits can of course get infested with lice, but normally not the type that infests us humans.
If we humans have got headlice, then the headlice are not likely to infest the rabbit.
Different species has got different parasites to cope with.
There is only a few parasites that infect many different species.

No, not all rabbits have lice. If they do they've picked it up from another animal, or maybe even humans.
Rabbits don't hunt for their food, they're herbivores. Wild rabbits simply have to go above the ground to eat grass and other things. It's harder for them to get food in winter though because the grass is covered with snow. Pet rabbits get fed by their owners and don't have to look for it and have a much easier time in winter.thank u Special:Contributions. This was a big help.Ovi_Fan_8
Head lice and pubic lice are two different species of lice, I don't know if it's impossible to spread it, it would however be very hard for the head lice or louse to survive

In theory, the answer is YES. Lice must live on a host (i.e. your cat), they do not live very long off of the host. It could be possible for a louse to be on your clothes from holding one cat and be immediately transferred to another cat. If one cat in a household has lice, all cats in that household should be treated for the lice to make sure that they are completely eliminated from the home. K. H., DVM
