NO. The rainbow Sharks can grow in a normal tank.
I think that would probably be fine. Although africans are quite aggressive, they tend to ignore bottom dwelling fish like rainbow sharks. I've seen it done before. If you are looking for a bottom feeder for an African tank that is guaranteed to work, get yourself a synodontis catfish. They are from the same lakes, get along with cichlids, and can be stunningly beautiful.
I have an Oscar Cichlid in the same tank as mine and I also used to have it with guppy's.
Actually yes, I have baby guppies and 3" long rainbow sharks that swim together If the rainbow sharks bite the guppies tale then take it out But if they've been in there more than a week then leave them in there
I have a 260 L tank and have to rainbow sharks with 12 assorted cichlids and have not had any issues.
I once saw a catfish in my fish tank swim up and take food away from the pyranha I had in there with him. That pyranah absolutely would not mess with that catfish amd they were about the same length.
It depends on which catfish, bristle nose catfish do fine with guppies.
A baby catfish can be raised in a Tank or Aquarium.
It depends on how big your tank is. If you have a large tank, clown loaches, red-tail sharks and bala sharks are cool (maybe some sort of catfish, just not a real cat, they don't like to swim). You could do a cichlid tank (note that they only get along with other cichlids and fish that can stand up for themselves. If you have a smaller tank, try some barbs or tetras.
Provided the tank is large enough and the catfish is a tropical species there should be no problems.
No catfish is an aquarium cleaner. There is no such thing as a fish that will clean a tank.
No They Are Likely To Attack Each Other.
