Nope. They cant drown as they're heavy.
If a light object such as a pin is put into water it drowns because its light. However, rubber ducks dont because they have more weight.

Of course Not too many people worship rubber ducks, but there are stranger thing people do worship and they get away with it.
To effectively remove mold from rubber ducks, mix equal parts water and white vinegar in a bowl. Submerge the rubber ducks in the solution and let them soak for at least an hour. Scrub the ducks with a brush to remove the mold, then rinse them thoroughly with water. Allow the ducks to air dry completely before using them again.
