There are two thoughts on the word creation 1. To make something from already existing materials 2. To bring into existence from nothing. As one cannot make something from nothing then the first idea must be the right one. The proper term for this is to organise and not create. The second part of your question regarding evolution is that all things evolved from some minute organism that suddenly came into existence, this is impossible. That evolution is still taking place must be considered in the light that all things are evolving. Man is taller, living longer. Girls are maturing at an earlier age. This is called The Law of Evolution. This is what we must think of when talking on this subject, the Law of Evolution
Yes. Creation is a story while evolution is science. The two can really never explain each other. You can not use science to explain any fairy tales.Creationists do think that their story does explain things.Answer:No, of course not. As the above answer states, the two cannot explain each other. Science cannot prove that God didn't create the Universe. A significant percentage of scientists believe in God as the creator and the agent of evolution, or without evolution.Answer:Just because some scientists believe in god, it doesn't mean that they believe in creation stories. The argument that because they believe in god must mean that they don't believe in evolution is illogical. And a creationist would first have to prove god exists and explain god's origins.
Evolution is change. There are a lot of changes science has brought to the world and one big thing is technology. Scientific evolution pertains to the growing understanding people nowadays know about how our environment works and how to use them.
No. Evolution is accepted as legitimate evidence-supported science by virtually 100% of professional biologists, by 95% of scientists in general, and almost every National or International Academy of Science on the planet has issued one or more statements confirming evolution is legitimate science well supported by all available evidence.
Richard Dawkins is the Charles Simonyi Professor for the Public Understanding of Science, at Oxford University. In this position, he clearly has a sound understanding of scientific issues such as evolution and the creation of the universe. This has led him to believe that Creationism is inherently untrue. Since his role is to advance the public understaning of Science, he has written books such as The God Delusion(Bantam Press, 2006) to explain his views.I think that Professor Dawkins sees Creationism as dependently linked to religious belief. Where he views Creationism to contend with Science, which he asserts is quite often, Dawkins prefers to focus on the inherent failure of the underlying religious belief rather than simply demonstrating the error of the Creationist belief and leaving the proponent to continue in his or her religious beliefs. The debate around creationism and evolution is more fully covered in: http://christianity.answers.com/theology/the-story-of-creation
Science generally supports the theory of evolution, which explains the development of life on Earth through natural selection and genetic variation over millions of years. The Big Bang theory is widely accepted among scientists as the most plausible explanation for the origin of the universe.
There is no science about creation. Creation is an unfounded myth with absolutely no evidence to support it. Try asking about evolution instead.
Evolution is scientific fact. Creation is religious faith masquerading as real science.

Nevada is pretty evolution friendly when it comes to its science standards. Nevada is also one of the few states that doesn't have a big evolution-creation controversy.

Evolution, the change in allele frequency over time in a population of organisms, is explained by science. Natural selection, mutation, genetic drift and gene flow explain just about all of the basics of evolution.
The creation of universe and man is supernatural. Science disproves evolution. Unable to create any self reproducing organism. Therefore creation has to be supernatural.
Tarzan , his best known creation is science fiction based on Evolution- and has racist overtones.
Evolution is pretty much the holy grail of science. Evolution is what would explain the entire existence of all life on our planet. It's why people exist, why bugs exist, and why everything else in between exists. Science seeks to find "WHY" and evolution explains one of the biggest "WHY"s in all of science!!
