No. Alligators are not descendants of dinosaurs, so you cannot make a dinosaur using an alligator. Birds, however, are living descendants of dinosaurs and still have some genes which have been essentially switched off. One scientist believes he can bring out more dinosaur-like traits by tampering with the DNA of a chicken.
No it is not possible. It used to be thought that you could take the DNA from dinosaur remains to clone one to life but the DNA has been around for millions of years and is too damaged to do so.
Theoretically, yes. The issue with DNA is that it does not age well. It crinkles up and breaks apart, so we have, at best, only fragments of dinosaur DNA not incorporated in extent (avian) species. If we DID build a dinosaur, we would have to make educated guesses as to the nature of the missing pieces. This is certainly within the realm of possibility. Before we do it we are more likely to resurrect mastodons or mammoths, much more recently extinct species for which we have better preserved sections of DNA.
Scientists believe that Ceolophysis wasthe first dinosaur
Scientists use mainly fossils.
Scientists consider birds a type of dinosaur. Birds are still alive and abundant.
There is no such assumption.
Scientists found fossils that were from the same dinosaur in South America, Africa, Australia, and Europe.
Dinosaur?
All dinosaurs are considered reptiles.
they have discovered dinosaur bones and much more such as crystals
Dinosaurs were endotherms
Scientists will preserve the dinosaur's bones to put in a museum.
