no they cannot! they have upper and lower eyelids but they dont move, but they do have a thrid eyelid which is called the nicititating membrane which closes to protect their eyes when biting prey! SO SUCK OUT CHEESTRING YOUR FACTS ARE WRONG! dont belive cheestring facts they lieeeeee

Sharks, unlike most fish, are able to "blink", yes. Although, it is not like you and I blinking. They have a protective membrane around the wye that protects it when they are eating, or running into something, or mating.

Sharks lack eyelids, and so they cannot blink using either eye.Some sharks can blink.

Technically, sharks aren't fish, but to answer your question, NO Fishes do not have eye lids and they do not blink.
