To make silly slime all you need is water,cornstarch,and food coloring. 1.Empty the cornstarch in to the bowl or container. 2.Get a spray bottle. 3.Fill the spay bottle with water and spay the cornstarch in till its a smooth texture. 4.Then add what ever color.
