No sims 1 can not have babies. I have been trying it for the longest of times. If you do want to get a sims pregnant i suggest you buy sims 2 or 3 or 4. Otherwise there is no way. This is just me if someone does have a baby in sims 1 let me no because it hasn't work for me.

If you fall in love and etc... they will eventually ask you if you would like to have a baby. There are also buyable babies you can find at various sites. However, in Sims 1, babies are just a pain, and if you can stand it (or the social worker will come and remove them) all of a sudden they are ten years old.

Choose the mate. Make friends with them. After clicking "flirt" a few times, click the "kiss" option. Keep pushing it as many times as it takes. Eventually It will say "Should we have a baby?"

i guess you could do that in the sims1 but you can't make your sim nude in the sims3.

If you get into a very good mood with very high relationship, (max 100) you can do it. All consoles work.
