Yes, two married sims must lie on a double bed next to each other. Then click on the opposite sim, and if their relationship is high enough, click "Try for Baby", leave the sound on and afterwords, if they are pregnant only, it will play baby music.

∙ 14y agouh...yeah....it depends on which game you have though. for the PC, 1 2 & 3 can all have babies. on the first one you can adopt a baby if this little window pops up asking if you want to adopt or if you just want to have a baby.

If you're talking about Sims 1, make your couple kiss romantically a few times until one asks fo a baby.
Sims 2 - Make your couple go on bed (relax) hot tub (cuddle) etc. and click 'try for baby' and then you might hear a du-du du du-dun-dun sound-ishy thing.
