Yes. You just need to apply at least two coats of the waterproofer and reapply every two months in colder seasons, especially if you live in snowy areas. I personally apply three coats to my winter boots and touch up with one more coat after about a month or two if it's been snowing heavily. You don't need to use any many applications of coating with this waterproofer as I do, however since it doesn't cause any discoloration, I feel like it's better to be safe than sorry.
Yes it is , i have a pair of boots that are synthetic boots they are very good for the snows and rains. They weren't cheap though i got them for $150, a second hand pair from Chanel. They are very convenient. Cheers!
