The problem is the solution. Generally when a Mother board goes bad you will need a new one. The only positive I can think of is when you have the option to remove and replace parts that can be taken out to be put onto a new Motherboard.
May be one of the memory chips is bad. You can try removing some of the memory or run a hardware diagnostics software for your mother board to find out which bank/chip is causing the failure. You may need to replace the faulty bank.
