Sadly, probably not. Good luck to finding them when that day comes. Who knows how many different names they own. Illegal Immigrants have it made here in the US. We do everything and anything to protect them. I know women who have been fooled by some and end up having a child with them. Do you think any of these women see child support?? Hell No!!! our system is a joke. What needs to be done is- our boarders need to bulk up and do a better job. If you want to be here legally, then take the proper steps. Stop jumping fences, swimming across oceans, and entering illegally.

∙ 17y agoIf he has legal status and is gainfully employed it is unlikely he will face deportation as that would be counterproductive to the issue at hand. He can however be arrested and jailed for non compliance to a court order and have wages garnished and property seized for payment of child support arrearages.

∙ 11y agoYes. Many nations have a reciprocal agreement with each other regarding child support payments. If you were deported from the US to the EU for example, your country may still enforce your child support payments towards the US.

Democratic states are more likely to let an illegal immigrant go simply by paying the bail charges.
