I've been in the Insurance Business 30 years, my Dad & Grandfather both were too. They taught me that if the client has the money for the premium, we have the policy. What is the need for the coverage?
Yes. You would need the original policy. If papers needed to be filed, someone would have to arrange to do it for you. It would be best to go through an attorney.
i dont really know :\and to be honest i really dont think they can
Just call a local insurance agent. I am assuming the inmate trying to get insurance for someone else?
Is the CAR insured? If not, it's not legal.
Depends on what state you're in.
The vehicle is insured not the individual. You can pay for and obtain the insurance in the name of the owner with you listed as an insured operator.
No. * i say Depends on your policy. Call your insurance person.
Not one of your own-generally you are insured by the owner's policy if you are using someone else's car (with permission)

Yes you can really love someone in prison, people in prison are humans just like you and me. there are lots of things that you can share with them. there is one thing that is missing and that the ability to touch and hold someone. but there is more to a relationship than touch and holding someone.
