Yes.
An attorney can plead on behalf of another person.
To give evidence in court against someone else in exchange for a lower sentence for their own crimes.
The fifth amendment merely states that you don't have to testify against yourself or someone else if you don't want to. "I plead the fifth."
"Plead your case" means to present arguments or reasons in support of a particular position or point of view, often in a formal setting such as a court or a debate. It involves advocating for oneself or someone else's interests, typically to persuade an audience or decision-maker. The phrase can also be used in everyday situations when someone is trying to convince others of their perspective.

I think you have to plead with Tdev and/or the moderators to get unbanned. If all else fails you will have to create a new profile. Also you can ask other members about it.
That if they are willing to take the risk that they be willing to show it. Most of the time they want someone else to take the risk so they can take the praise. How many will risk that?

Nope. It isn't difficult to defend something that you honestly believe is true. I have no problem defending Mormonism and don't really feel like I have to defend it most of the time. For most religious people, it doesn't matter whether someone else believes what you believe. Faith is a personal conviction and is not based on what other people's opinions may be. Honestly, I could care less if you think my religion is a total lie - I still think it's true and your opinion doesn't change my mind at all. Addition from another believer: Amen. No one can argue with what I know from personal revelation. Ultimately, faith is a choice, and I choose to believe. Yet another: When someone judges me as a liar, and I know it is not true, it does not define me. It just defines them as someone who has a need to judge someone else.
