no unless you have windows movie maker just draw your photo and save it to a JP or a possible allowing type of photo and then just copy the photo erase the part you want to move and then draw it moved in a spot then save is and copy then ya just keep doing it and then import it with the photo importer and drag the photos into the time line and set your speed then turn it into a wmv. file then upload it to youtube. if you don't do that then no.

There is no way to do this directly on facebook, you have to right click the image and save it to your computer then upload it onto your account you can do it directly on face book by going to the persons profile. click on photos and under the photo you want press "tag this photo". then tag yourself. after your done with that go to your wall and go into the picture and press " make profile picture". after you crop it your done
