Yeah ........... No
That would make the restraining order useless, the order is in force to keep you from being in contact with them, but if they come to where they know you are that stresses the intent of the order. The kids should be dropped off or exchanged at a neutral location (away from you) so the requirements of the order are not violated.
You need a legal cause to obtain a restraining order. If the boy has been violent or threatened violence, or if it is a case where you are underage and he is an adult, so sex would be rape, that would give them cause to obtain a restraining order. They cannot simply take out a restraining order without cause.
yes, unless he has a restraining order against you.
It is their word against yours unless they have some proof it was you.
Half of each armrest is yours. you can manage this without rubbing against someone. Just rest your arm on half.(:
You'd have to discuss it with your lawyer. If it is an old address of yours, it would still count, but if it is an address you've never lived at it doesn't. If there's a spelling mistake it still counts. If the number is wrong, discuss it with your lawyer.
Just Think about it again. Is my Decision right one? 50% you ll find that you are fully or partially wrong and you can change or make the decision little flexible. If this is the case do it. Otherwise, Think about the people who are against the decision. If they are important.... hold them.... Don't let them go against you.. Thanks
if you mean wont leave your home, and it's yours no his, you have the right to have the police to remove him. Change the locks if he doesn't get the message. If he simply wont leave you alone it could be because he's heartbroken or just wont take no for an answer. Just go on with your life as if he's not there and date someone else until he gets it. If things turn weird get a restraining order or ask your dad or someone to speak to him for you.
yes but you have to make sure people know that THEY (whoever wrote it) wrote it for you. Do not let them think you wrote it. That's against the law. Taking credit for something that's not yours.
It is against the rules on posting something that is not yours on instagram.
Move on
You can't delete someone elses Formspring, but you can delete yours
No it is considered stolen if someone currently has something of yours in their possesion without your permission.
