This is in regard to Diabetes type 2, and refers to the Australian breakfast cereal known as "Weetbix", not"Weetabix".
Foods are measured on a GI (Glycaemic Index) and the GI of Weetbix is "intermediate". This means that, while Weetbix is not the bext choice to have every day for someone with Type 2 Diabetes, there's nothing wrong with having it a couple of times a week. However, you cannot add any sweetener such as sugar or honey, and it is strongly recommended that you have it with warm water and just the tiniest amount of milk (for flavour).
Out of all the cereals, only Weetbix and certain brands of Toasted Muesli can be eaten by people with type 2 diabetes, and certainly not every day.
They can eat them, mine enjoy them, but only as an occasional treat!
they eat boiled eggs and milo or coffee.
Diabetics and non-diabetics have to eat carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are the only organic compound that living organisms can use to produce energy.

Absolutely. Diabetics can eat cucumbers. They are very low on the simple carbohydrates that they have to control. Since they are a vegetable, actually technically a fruit, they are very healthy to eat for everybody.
