Space Shuttles ... assuming you mean the NASA ones, the Columbia and the Atlantis and that type ... are no longer operating so they can't go anywhere.
When they were operating, though, no, they couldn't get to Jupiter. Or to Mars. Or even to the Moon, for that matter. The best they could manage is low Earth orbit.
