No, luckily that is not how it works. Although there are many eggs stored in the ovaries, they can not be fertilized until they are released and go through a process to mature during ovulation. Once in a while, more than one egg can be released. This is one of the ways twins and triplets are created.

Is it true that once a fallopian tube is removed the person can only have only female or only male babies?

The fallopian tube is the channel through which the egg travels into the uterus. When the tube is removed, there is no way for the egg to get to the uterus. Therefore, unless the second tube is intact, there will be no babies at all. This is a procedure for voluntary sterilization.

What pushes the egg through the fallopian tube to the uterus?

Through the uterus: Sperm (after sex and assuming the male has ejaculated inside the female), the lining of the uterus wall (also known as menstrual blood), discharged eggs that go unfertilized, and babies if born.Through the fallopian tubes: Sperm (sperm actually meets the female egg inside the fallopian tube a little under halfway out to the uterus), and the egg. To my knowledge, that's all.
