They can eat it mixed with meat, however I personally advise that you don't feed spinach to a dog.
Spinach is a gassy vegetable which can fill up a dog very fast. Excessive gas in dogs can lead to a lot of other problems including diarrhoea and other digestive complications. Since dogs come in all different sizes, the size of their digestive system also differs.
