Yes, Pokemon of all stages can still learn moves.
the best moves on Pokemon are only for these Pokemon dialga = roar of time palkia = spacial rend giratina = shadow force arceus = all of the above plus jugdement as you can see, arceus is the only one who can learn all these devastating moves, while the other three can only learn certain moves (unless u cheat)
I get the three beast's (suicune, entei and raikou) in Pokemon diamond from an event. And because I'm gonna buy Black/white I want the transfer them with the Transfer machine. But my question is: Can you train them, give them ribbons, learn them some moves ... and still transfer them? If yes, keep the Pokemon their ribbons, Moves, happiness and if you 'pp up' the moves? Keep the Pokemon everything the same?
The area behind Alder's house is called Pledge Grove, if you have a Keldeo you can interact with the rock (the three markings were made by the Sacred Sword moves of Cobalion, Virizion and Terrakion) and it will learn Secret Sword, changing into its Resolute Forme also.
Battle wise, many feel the "best Pokemon" is Mew, since it can learn any TM or HM. However, other "best pokemon" include "ubers" such a wobbuffet due to it's high hp and it's ability to use moves that double the power of attacks thrown at it before throwing the attack right back. However, Arceus is the Alpha Pokemon, and the only one to learn Judgement. By Lv. 100, it should know Judgement and Hyeper Beam, two of the best moves. In addition, it'll know Perish Song and Recover. Perish Song maked any Pokemon hearing it (Including Arceus) faint in three turns. It has no effect if the Pokemon is withdrawn and not brought out again until the end of the battle. Recover simply restores half of the user's HP.
If you are going Pokemon hunting in Wayward cave, then it would be a good idea to pick up a Gible while you are there. They are rare and are similar to Flygon as they both are Dragon/Ground Types. Gible can learn some good moves later on. The Champion, Cynthia uses it's fully evolved form, Garchomp. In my oppinion, Gabite is the best of it's three forms.

ummm, this is a hard question and it comes down to Politoed, Gyrados or Palkia, and I would HAve to go with Palkia because he's a legendary and he can learn a lot of moves, of course, Gyrados is a unpredictable Pokemon because he can learn fire moves, dragona and water moves

Yes there is, it is stage three of their evolution. Examples include Blaziken, Machamp and Metagross.
After you relese the three Pokemon, go there and catch it. The best method I know, is get a Pokemon and get it to learn Evador, weaken it to 1 HP, have a Pokemon that knows yawn, and get to battling!!!! Use those two moves, snag it with a ultra ball and you might get it!!!!!!!
The three ways the ocean moves in are currents, tides, and waves. I figured this out while I was doing homework. Maybe it does help you learn. :)
The move tutor in Pokemon FireRed can teach several signature moves: Blast Burn, Hydro Cannon, and Frenzy Plant. These moves can be taught to starter Pokemon that are fully evolved with maximum friendship toward the Player. All three starters may learn their signature move in the same game.
at the entrance of the battle frontier, there's going to be a white house and then there will be three guys there. speak to witch ever one and pick one of Pokemon. then then they will give you some moves that you can pick. NOTE The Pokemon moves may cost a lot of f****** BP.
you have to have a empty slot and evolve a nincada with the shed shell.if i were you i would evolve mine at lv. twenty itll be able to learn three new moves not at 21 or up mine is at lv78 now.
Well, if you mean those moves that get Pokemon confused after using 'em. I can only remember three of them: Outrage (Dragon type) Petal Dance (Grass type) Trash (normal type
you must breed a female bulbasaur with a male Pokemon that knows leaf storm, power whip,or skull bash. It cant learn all three moves in gen.4 but it can learn leaf storm and power whip in gen.5.
shroomish, seedot sucks as nuzleaf learn no grass type moves and only has three good ones whereas shroomish learns mainly just status and grass mages until it evolves
