Yes i personally believe that it can my dad took steroids for about 15-20 years before i was born i started weight lifting at the age of 15 and around the age of 19 was lifting 300 and 400 on some lifts i was about 5 11 and weighed 185 just took some creatine through out those years i took some breaks in between for a couple of months every year i also stopped working out heavily for about 2 years afterwards then went back into lifting and can still lift 300 on a couple of lifts i am now 22 6 1 and around 192 i still have random mood swings i have asked around and pretty much everybody i know have been taking steroids since high school and some still can't lift what i lift on certain lifts.
