It depends on how you stop yourself from sneezing.
It would be very very very unlikely that someone could end up paralyzed by sneezing. Paralysis is typically the result of spinal cord damage, sometimes the result of brain injury. However it would be incredibly difficult to achieve either spinal cord damage or a brain injury via sneezing.
It can affect it by certain parts of your brain controls your lung movements so if you hit that part it can be fatal by possibly stopping your lungs or any other part.

There are a lot of variables, but 4 minutes is the usual guideline. Blood carries oxygen, and blood is pumped by the heart. Brain damage occurs after 4 minutes without fresh oxygen to the brain.
