I have two male sugar gliders. They both eat green beans. (they would rather have sweets of course! I always make them eat their veggies before they get fruits!)

Sugar gliders will eat any type of sweet fruit such as mangoes, pawpaw, apples, oranges, kiwifruit, peaches, etc. However, they also eat other foods such as tree sap and nectar, particularly from eucalyptus and wattle trees, and a variety of small insects such as mealworms, beetles, crickets, grasshoppers, lerps and moths.
