First, get the national pokedex by seeing all the Pokemon in sinnoh. Then get firered or leafgreen and start with charmander. Then put firered and diamond in the same ds. Go to diamond and go to the selection and press migrate from Firered.
Also if you have action replay then go to the website www.codejunkies.co.UK and go to ds and gba section then type in Pokemon diamond and click Pokemon diamond version and they will give you a list of codes then go on page 2, scroll down and it wll say a code of charmander write it down on your action replay and tick it press start and when your in a bunch of grass in Pokemon hold select and run around there you will find charmander now capture it.
