Of course not. They can only be Synchro Summoned, or Special Summoned under a few circumstances, like Starlight Road, or cards like Call of the Haunted, if you properly Synchro Summon it first and it then goes to the graveyard.
Mausoleum of the Emperoer allows you to pay 1000 life points per monster needed for the tribute, however currently there are no Lv12 monsters you can Normal Summon. Most are Fusion or Synchro Monsters, the four that are plain Effect Monsters all say they cannot be Normal Summoned or Set.
Synchro Summoning involves sacrificing tuner monsters where normal summon, you can just summon the monster (level 4 or lower) or sacrificing non-tuner monsters on the field based on the monsters level. Level 5-6: 1 sacrifice Level 7+: 2 sacrifices (depending on the card)
You can't. Duelists of the Roses does not follow regular game rules. Fusion Monsters can only be Fusion Summoned, or special summoned by effects that can specifically do so.

Gemini Monsters Are monsters that can be summoned in the normal way. However Class as Normal Monsters, until they are normal summoned (Twice, if the Gemini Monster was originally Normal Summoned) Where you will get an effect. This does take up your normal summon of the duel, so in other words, you will have to rely on Special Summoning other monsters OR If you have normal Summoned a Gemini Monster, you will have to wait a turn (unless you use Double Summon, or Ultimate Offering) until you can use the effect There are some cards that allow you to Special summon a Gemini WITH it's effect (i.e. Supervise). Hope This Helps
Yes of course. They're monsters with levels, just like normal and effect monsters.
no, you can't. unless it says you can, you can't
As it's effect mentions chaos sorcerer cannot be normal summoned or set.It can only be special summoned by removing from play one light and one dark attribute monsters.
Normal Monsters are those with a yellow card border. They do not have any effects, so do not have 'Effect' in their type line, or any effect subtype like Union or Toon. Some may be Tuners though. Note though that simply lacking the 'Effect' type does not make a card a Normal Monster - it is the yellow border that does. Some Fusion and Ritual Monsters are not Effect monsters, but nonetheless are not Normal, they are simply Fusions/Rituals. Token Monsters also, by default, are Normal Monsters. Some tokens have an 'effect' such as the 'cannot be tributed for a tribute summon' on Scapegoat's Sheep Tokens, or the damage dealing effect of Ojama Trio. In these cases, the effect is actually a lingering effect of the effect that summoned them, and the token is still Normal in every way.
Gemini Monsters are normal or special summoned as normal, but when they arrive on the field, they are considered Normal Monsters and have no effects. The next time you are allowed to Normal Summon, you can 'second summon' them, ie, they count as being summoned again, even though they never leave the field. This turns them into effect monsters and switches on their effect. Note that if you are trying to 'second summon' a Lv5 or higher monster, no tribute is needed.
Well only if youre goin on ure battle pase then u attack.
Tsukuyomi is a spirit monster, right? All spirit monsters return to the owner's hand at the End Phase of the turn that it was Normal Summoned or Flip Summoned.
