In yu-gi-oh 5d's stardust accelerator world championship 2009 can you get jack atlas as your tag partner?
Unfortunately, Jack Atlas cannot become your Tag Partner because he only has a Turbo Duel deck. On a side note, defeating him 10 times will earn you the King Replica Model, his trademark outfit.

In Story Mode, you can only have partners who are the individuals of another Tag Team (and Yusei or Akiza). The only other way to get a partner is to download a duelists online, but they will only be available in WC Mode.(NOTE: In Story Mode after beating any one 10 times, you can just duel and beat them once more to ask them to be your partner, but it swaps out the partner you already have.)
