Yes, he can. Dr. Who's 4th doctor (Tom Baker) falls from the top of the structure in his last episode ("logopolis") and regenerates into the 5th doctor (Peter Davison) in front of his companions. Additionally, after the 7th doctor (Sylvester McCoy) is accidentally shot in a gang dispute, he is taken to a local hospital where he regenerates into the 8th doctor.
I dont think he was in an ocean... He was in the Tardis...?
The girl in the end of Day of the Moon seems to be Amys daughter and she can regenerate since she was in the tardis.
If the Doctor regenerates then the T.A.R.D.I.S regenerates. If the T.A.R.D.I.S blows up or something, then the Doctor will die. It basically has a part of him made in it.
Doctor Who travels in a time machine/spaceship called the TARDIS, which stands for "Time And Relative Dimension In Space." The TARDIS is bigger on the inside than on the outside, and can blend in with its surroundings by appearing as a blue police box from the outside.
Not in the same way as the Doctor, however it has the ability to totally re-build itslef if it becomes damaged, which could be described as regeneration.
The TARDIS is a time machine and spacecraft used by the Doctor in the TV show Doctor Who to travel through time and space. It is also a vessel that serves as the Doctor's home and base of operations. Additionally, the TARDIS is known for its ability to blend into its surroundings by changing its appearance on the outside.
No. I wish the tardis does exists and doctor. :(
At the beginning of the first episode with the 11th doctor, the TARDIS is flying over a city and crashes in a girls back yard, when Matt Smith gets out, the TARDIS needs to be re-stabled. he fixes it. Then the TARDIS won't let him in because it was severely damaged when the 10th doctor regenerated. At the end of the episode the doctor goes in and the new TARDIS is revealed. The new TARDIS has the same outside design but has gained a St Johns logo on the front. The doors open when he clicks his fingers (just like Riversong said) and it reveals a 2 story TARDIS.
The Tardis (Time and Relitive Dimension in Space) bigger on the inside than the outside becaus the timelords made it that way. It is timelord science. This is the only logical explaination that David Tennant, (10th Doctor) give to rose tyler.
The TARDIS is a time machine that can travel through space, time and dimensions. TARDIS is an abbreviation of Time and Relative Dimension in Space. According to the Doctor, TARDIS are not 'made', they are grown from a special coral found on Gallifrey.
It is called a TARDIS
TARDIS in the Doctor Who Series stands for Time And Relative Dimension In Space. The TARDIS was first seen in the first Doctor Who episode in 1963 with William Hartnell as the Doctor. Susan, the Doctor's granddaughter, claimed to have coined the acronym TARDIS from its name in that first episode.
