Yes it is.
Yes, the Motorola Rival can be made prepaid, but you must pay FULL, I stress FULL, price for it. Currently, to get this phone prepaid, it would cost $219.99.
The Motorola Devour Cell Phone is as durable as the average cell phone. Phones are getting more durable, but like other phones, you will always have damage if it's dropped or thrown long distances.

Motorola Devour is available on the Verizon network and the HTC Surround is available on the AT&T network. The Surround comes with 16 mb memory and 4 hours of talk time.
You can buy a prepaid cell phone that is flip style. Consider checking out T-Mobile Prepaid Samsung T139 Flip Phone or the Motorola W260 Prepaid Phone from Tracfone.
Motorola created a very useful smartphone when it made the Motorola Devour. This device features a physical keyboard and a simple design. With that in mind, a person can save tons of money when buying this device because it does not cost too much and can easily be replaced for a low sum too. Insurance is not even required on this device because it would end up costing an individual more money than simply buying a used device. That means a person does not have to worry too much about losing or damaging their device because it is so easy to replace.
In any store that sells cell phones. They have prepaid models. You just buy it and activate it at home. The directions are in the phone box.
No, it will give an error message asking for the unlock code. Once you get that error, you screwed up the sim and it will not work in either phone again and it locks up your phone and it cannot be unlocked. Nextel does not have the unlock code, Motorola made the phones that way.
