Sadly you may not transfer to your system of 3DS. :( Nintendo has announced for remake of the flipnote in the U.S. called flipnote memo. Better, it must be. Said to announce in late summer of the year 2011, it has not shown up all summer long. Angry i had grown from that, but pretty sure it is to come in the year of the 2012.
