you can use control, alt, command and apple 8 to cage the colors on the screen.
Command-Option-Shift-T is the Mac version of the Windows command Control-Alt-Shift-T. In general the Mac uses the Command key where Windows uses the Control key.
if you computer screen flips around and you are seeing it left right or up side down you push control, alt and up key you can also flip it other ways try: 1. control, alt, up key 2. control, alt, right key 3.control, alt, left key and to get it normal you push control, alt, up key :) have fun! :) :)

You press and hold alt, command (the apple), and L. The spell check and gammar should come up :).
The alt key is called 'option' by Apple. There are two alt/option keys to either side of the space bar on the other side of the 'command' key.
In Photoshop the Command (Apple) key + Z will Undo your last action using the Option (Alt) key with Command + Z will repeatedly Undo your previous actions - effectively scrolling back up through the History palette.

The inversion (negative effect) of the screen colours is controlled from the Seeing section of the Universal Access preference pane within System Preferences. The keyboard short cut to toggle the inverted screen is Command (cmd), Alt, Control (ctrl) and 8 - basically all three keys next to the space bar and the number 8 key.
