Yes because cats eat food and lick themselves to clean themselves
Consult or hire a guardian ad litem in your state. Their function is to serve as parent neutral counsel representing your child. They will be able to interview your child and bring this information before the courts without having to take your child into an environment that may be intimidating and frightening to them.
leave now before he starts hitting the child. It is not kidnapping, you are only trying to protect you and your child. Get help, call the cops.
If a newborn is really in physical danger, get ahold of Social Services and they will probably help the mother and child leave the area.

Not in the UK. Anyone under the age of 18 needs what is called an "appropriate adult" with them. The police are well aware of the "appropriate adult" system and custody suites have a list of such people (social workers and so on) that will attend interviews for these purposes if there is no adult that the child knows available to be with the child for these purposes.
Yes BUT if there parents dont report them themselves than they can get away with it
no the parent can call the cops and the child would be under house arrest if attempted a second time
Cops
Cops(police officers) are needed because people need protection. Without cops, people won't live because of the violence. Police officers are cops that fights crime and stop the violence.
Yes, a police officer can question a 10 year old without parental consent. This happens when HRS suspects a parent has committed child abuse. A parent does not have a right to abuse a child.
Parents can either call the cops on you, or for you. They can call the police and tell them that you are to hard to handle as a child. The police would probably contact Child Protective Services, and they would either place in a home where you are easier to maintain and watch. They could also put you in Juvenile Hall if you break more serious rules. They can also call the cops if they didn't know where you were and the police would find you. The police would probably call the DSS (Department of Social Services).
I suggest that you contact your State's child support agency. When you get an interview with them, bring all the papers relating to your child support: birth certificates, acknowledgments of paternity, court orders, payment records, etc. Be polite but persistent. Good luck!
