Yes it can, because there is a limit of 8gb. What you want to do is every now and then, delete some of the things you don't need and there will always be space, when you download something and the bubble pops up and says you can't download because there is too little space, you should really delete some of your stuff that u hardly touch!

Yes.
Only the iPod Touch will run apps. The iPod Nano will not run apps.
32 but is quite expensive but if you get 8 and you buy a lot of games you run out of space
The iPod touch needs the software called iOS to run the device. It takes around 1.5 gb of your 8GB memory. And some space will be used for the system cache to make it run faster,so the remaining space is only 6.5 GB I know its annoying but its unavoidable
You have to carry around a phone, and an itouch. You run out of space quickly and the software is slower than a 3g 32gb or 64gb or the 4g.
Let's use the iPod Touch 8gb for example. Due to the preloaded apps, software, and other features that are preloaded onto the iPod Touch, which take just under a gigabyte of memory, there are 7.1 gigabytes of space on the iPod touch instead of 8. It's all about the preloaded apps and software used to run the iPod Touch.
iPod Touch FTW ACTUALLY if you want loads of music, and space that will basically never run out, I suggest you get an iPod classic. YOLO
If you have enough space left on you iPod Touch and you have updated your firmware to the latest version, then yes, it is possible to download Temple Run or Temple Run 2 on your 3rd generation iPod Touch.
The 8gb iPod is not capable of downloading the IOS 4.3 update. If you want to run IOS 4.3 on your iPod, you will need to update to at least a 32gb iPod.
The 8GB iPod Touch is a second generation model (3rd generation are 32 and 64 GB models). All the 2nd and 3rd generation iPod Touch models will be able to run iOS4 but because they do not have suitable hardware they will not be able to use all the new features. For example, multitasking, custom wallpaper, and Bluetooth keyboard support are available only with the third-generation iPod touch (32GB and 64GB models from late 2009).
Download Redsn0w from the online website. Next open the file that you downloaded. Then plug the iPod into the computer and run the software.
