Can the local school district override the 5th amendment?

In general, schools are expected to follow the law as if they are any other organization. Schools are, sometimes, capable of restricting freedoms in the name of proper education, but these freedoms are generally those that don't involve the Criminal Justice System.

I cannot think of a reason why a school district would even come in contact with a Fifth Amendment procedure.
