well, yes and no. You used to be able to get lego magnets and take the minifigs off but they're super gluing the minifigs to the magnets so its a no on that one, but sometimes you can make your own minifigs and buy them in the lego store. And then, if that doesn't work, there's always ebay or maybe amazon where you can get them. Hope i helped.
of course it cant!! its made of a plastic that is already moulded into it, so if the colour is coming off your Lego when you wash it, then you need to get new Lego!!
