No the 1969 dodge charger came with long tail lights. Round tail lights came on the 1968 Dodge charger. In fact the only difference between the 68 and the 69 charger is the shape of the tail lights and turning signals.

I dont think so, cause i believe the 69 is two separate grills, and the 69 you have a chrome vertical strip to deal with. The 68 is a solid piece.
